Crewe Alexandra Football Club is looking for volunteers to work as local youth scouts.

If you are aged 18 or over and believe that you possess the necessary skills to recommend young players for our Academy, then please contact the club’s Head of Academy Recruitment, Phil Swift, on 07764662475.

If successful, you will be asked to scout local games of young players aged between 5-16 years of age. This position is open to over 18s only. Any successful applicants will be DBS checked and could receive an incentive bonus depending on their recommended players progressing through the Academy system with the Football Club.
