The following FAQ's has been produced for season ticket holders who are attending our game with Northampton Town on Saturday December 12th.

When do I need to enter the stadium?

Turnstiles will open at the earlier time of 1:30PM. Supporters have not been given a specific time to enter the stadium, but we are asking all supporters to arrive as early as possible.

Where do I enter the ground on Saturday?

Supporters will need to enter the stadium by the entry point on their temporary allocated socially distanced season ticket.

What if I haven’t received my ticket?

All season tickets have been emailed out and posted out. If you cannot find your ticket in your inbox, please check your junk folders.

If you still cannot find your ticket, please email tickets@crewealex.net by as soon as possible.

To clarify these are the original temporary season tickets you will have received.

If I cannot attend, is iFollow access still available?

Yes, iFollow will be available to all season ticket holders if they're unable to attend. Non-season ticket holders will still be able to purchase a match pass for £10.

Will I be able to buy food/drinks/programmes at the ground?

As Saturday’s game is a pilot fixture, there will be no kiosks open for refreshments in the stadium. The Football Club will also not be producing a programme for the game.

Will I be able to get an alcoholic drink?

There will be no alcohol on sale at the stadium on Saturday and the Alexandra Suite will be closed prior to the game. The Carlsberg Lounge will be open to gold and silver season ticket holders only, but no alcoholic drinks will be served.

Can I park at the ground?

Yes, the main car park at the stadium is operational. Supporters should try and pay via the ‘paybyphone’ app or by visiting www.paybyphone.co.uk, quoting site 88626.

Will the toilets be open?

Yes, supporters can use the toilet facilities on Saturday. Please note that a queuing system will be used to maintain social distancing. One-way systems may also be in operation.

What happens if the ball goes out of play and into the stands?

For hygiene reasons, please do not throw any stray footballs back onto the pitch. Instead, give it to the nearest steward so it can be disinfected.

Are we not allowed to sing and chant during the game?

Given the higher risk of transmission, supporters who wish to sing or chant are encouraged to use face coverings at all times and show respect for supporters around them in the stadium.

More information can be found by reading the new Supporters' Code of Conduct.
