David Artell says that the big games are coming thick and fast for his Crewe Alexandra side but he says that his squad is relishing the challenge.
This weekend, top of the table Crewe travel to 3rd place Forest Green Rovers and Artell has stressed that these are the contests you want to be involved in as a player and manager.
Ahead of another intriguing top of the table clash, the boss said: “It’s top versus 3rd and it seems to be every week for us at the moment. That is what we want. It is great to have us and Forest Green Rovers up there and playing each other this weekend. I am sure it is probably the biggest game in League Two and as a player these are the games you want to play in.
“We have been top against second, fourth against second or top and facing a good side like Colchester. It’s been great and the objective is to go there and win the game and remain top.
“Forest Green are a good side. They don’t score many and don’t concede many and have good players, but then so do we. They play football and so do we, so it should be a really good game of football.”
