Crewe Alexandra will pay the Remembrance weekend tributes to fallen servicemen and women prior to our Port Vale fixture on 2nd November
There will be a minutes silence during which a performance of 'The Last Post' by Greame Maylem will be played as a mark of respect to those who lost their lives, as well as a laying of a wreath.
Alex players will also wear poppy armbands for the match to mark the occassion.
Turnstiles will open at 13.45 and additional searching will take place, the Club kindly asks both sets of supporters to take their seats earlier than usual to help pay respects during the service and to minimalise movement during those periods of remembrance.
