David Artell says he is not over alarmed by the fact that we haven’t scored in our last two matches but he stresses that is another area of improvement to be made.

Both Colchester and now Port Vale have limited our chances on goal but Artell believes that it is fine margins and better decision making that will see us back amongst the goals again.

David told the club’s official website: “Us not scoring in two games is an area we can improve on but we have been saying these things over the last six weeks not six days.

“We haven’t tested the goalkeeper enough in the last two games, so we know there is something to work on and we will work on. We have scored goals, a lot of goals and I’m sure we will get back to that with better decision making and having that real desire to get in the box and get a goal, be it in open play or at a set-play.”
