Right-back is the last of our promising young players to sign a new deal this summer.

Academy graduate Travis Johnson is the latest youngster to pen a new deal with the club. The right-back has signed a new 12-month contract with the club and he follows the lead of team-mates such as Luke Offord, Regan Griffiths and Billy Sass-Davies in signing new deals.

The athletic right-back was a regular for Alex Morris’ Development Squad last season and his form saw him promoted to the first-team squad for the first time in March when he was included in the 18 for the home against Northampton.

Johnson, 18, is yet to make his first team debut but has a chance to impress during pre-season.
