David Artell revealed last night that it has become decision time over trialists, Paul Taylor and Christian Mbulu.

Both players have been with us throughout the pre-season and they played in the 8-0 win over Whitchurch Alport last night with Taylor on target.

Artell wanted to have one more look at the two players before he made his final decision on whether to offer them anything.

The Crewe boss told the club’s official website:  “I’ll speak to them both on Thursday. I think it has reached that stage.”
