Crewe Alexandra Manager David Artell is to serve a one-match touchline suspension, the FA have confirmed.

All four cautions for the Crewe boss have come in away matches (Notts County, Exeter, Forest Green & MK Dons).

The Alex boss will now be absent from the technical area for the entirity of the upcoming match with Colchester United at Gresty Road.

An FA spokesperson said: "Crewe Alexandra manager David Artell will serve a one-match touchline suspension with immediate effect after receiving his fourth Stage One Warning this season for misconduct in the technical area.
