Crewe Alexandra’s latest addition Aaron Taylor-Sinclair says he did not hesitate to join the club ahead of the transfer deadline.
The 27-year-old defender has signed on loan from Motherwell to provide cover and competition in the Crewe back line and he is aiming to push himself into the first-team frame whilst he is back in the EFL.
Taylor-Sinclair has a wealth of EFL experience having featured for the likes of Plymouth Argyle and Doncaster Rovers.
The Aberdeen-born full-back told iFollow the Alex: “When I heard of the manager’s (David Artell) interest, I spoke to my agent and told him that I was keen to come back down.
“I am looking forward to it and cannot wait to get started. I want to settle as quickly as possible and train as well as I can.
“The team is going well at the moment and when I spoke with the manager, he told me that there was real momentum building in the squad, with the fans and around the place. It is something I wanted to be a part of.
“The team is playing well so I know it is up to me to try and get into the team and then take it from there.
Aaron added: “I have played a few years in League One and League Two, so I know what it is all about. I wanted to come down and play as many games as I can and help Crewe have a successful end to the season.”
