Crewe Alexandra are still without defender Olly Lancashire and striker Lewis Reilly due to injury but David Artell says that both players are making significant progress.
David told the club’s official website: “The treatment room is healthy but we are still without Olly and Lewis. They are making good progress.
“Olly is making positive strides. He has had another scan and the small tear is healing well. It is really positive.
“Lewis’ progress has been slower because he has a nick on his cartilage. It wasn’t seen so that set him back a bit.
“We will treat him more conservatively with him and see where we get to. They will both be back when they are back and it will be up to nature to decide when that will be.
He added: “I am happy with their progress and they are coming along nicely. They will be back soon enough.”
