The Railwaymen Supporters Group are holding their second and final Food Bank of the season at the Alexandra Stadium this coming Saturday prior to the Notts County match.
After the riproaring success of the first collection, held on March 2 against Northampton, The Railwaymen are back to collect again to help make a difference in the community to help the people of Crewe.
They will be situated immediately outside of the ticket office from 1pm-3pm & If you can spare any non-perishable food items, then please bring them along on Saturday & show your support!
Cheryl Wykes, of the St Pauls Centre who distriubte the food to those in need, said: "Wow! What can I say!
"570.65kg of food was donated by Crewe Alex supporters. This amount would feed 225 people with 9 meals each, providing 2,025 meals in total.
"We're so greatful for everyone's generous donations & support!"
Please note, The Railwaymen are unable to accept any non-perishable food (such as meat, fruit or veg).
High priority items to bring are:
