Crewe Boost Ahead Of Final Two Games

26 April 2019

Crewe Alexandra have been handed a boost ahead of the final two games of the season with the news that our two left-backs, Harry Pickering and Aaron Taylor-Sinclair, have resumed full training. Both are expected to train again today after working hard on their rehab earlier in the week.

Pickering has not featured since the 6-1 home win over Crawley after undergoing surgery for a hernia problem. His replacement, the on-loan Aaron Taylor-Sinclair did well in his absence scoring against Cheltenham and Notts County.

Alex boss David Artell told the club’s official website: “Aaron and Harry have trained Wednesday with the Under-18s. They had a rehab day on Tuesday and they joined in with us yesterday. They will train again today and we’ll see how they are.

“They have virtually had a full week of training and they are available. If are they to be involved will be revealed when the team-sheet comes out tomorrow.”
