Crewe Alexandra manager David Artell is mindful of the fact that the club have two fixtures in a short space of time over the Easter period but he will assess the fitness and availability of his players once the Good Friday match with Yeovil has been concluded. Crewe travel to Swindon on Easter Monday.
David told crewealex.net: “I am mindful of the fact that we have two games in a short space of time but we know that Easter is a busy time and it is nothing unusual. We have had to play Saturday and then Tuesday so they are used to it.
“I am mindful of it but the players are professional footballers and they prepare right, eat right and rest right, so I am not overly concerned.
“We will look at Yeovil and then we will focus on Swindon. You cannot look too far ahead in this game because anything can happen.”
