Crewe Alexandra head to Notts County this weekend with the Magpies looking for their first win of the 2018/19 season.
Crewe too are looking for a first league away win of the season & are desperate for a positive result after back-to-back home defeats over the last week.
Notts have already changed their manager this season, with Harry Kewell making the move from Crawley Town after Kevin Nolan was sacked earlier this month.
Crewe have a terrible record against Notts County, and at Meadow Lane in particular - the last victory at County was a 1-0 win in March 1997. Last year's 2-0 victory vs the Magpies at Gresty Road was the Alex's only win in the last 15 meetings.
Date: Saturday 29 September 2018
Competition: Sky Bet League Two
Venue: Meadow Lane
Previous Meeting At Host Club: Notts County 4-1 Crewe (February 2018)
Referee: Andy Woolmer (PL0, 0YC, 0RC) - Refereed Crewe 2-2 Port Vale last season
Crewe: The Alex have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the trip to the Magpies, but boss Dave Artell has hinted at personnel changes after defeats to Port Vale & Man City U21s at Gresty Road last week.
Crewe haven't scored in six of the eight league matches so far this season, so Artell's primary focus will be finding a way for his side to hit the goal-front at Meadow Lane.
That would provide a timely boost as the Alex look to win a first away game of the season in League Two.
Notts County: The hosts have drawn three & lost five of their League Two games this season - and have yet to register a cup win either.
That luck has to change though, and new manager Harry Kewell will have been working hard with his players in a bid to turn around results.
They bucked the habit of conceding three goals a game with a 0-0 draw at Northampton last weekend, representing a step in the right direction for the pre-season promotion favourites.
