The Alex boss has a real dilemma on his hands after his Crewe side played well against Crawley on Saturday but ended up losing 3-0. It was a freakish kind of game and the Crewe Alexandra boss has not given much away with his selection plans ahead of the U’s clash tonight.

The Crewe boss said: “We went with continuity on Saturday after Tranmere and as much as the performance was good, the result wasn’t good, so we’ll see.
“George didn’t train on Friday, but he has now, so we’ll have to see how he is before we consider him.”
