Crewe, Stoke City and local legends line-up for the Everall Derby this weekend at Cumberland Sports Ground. Some and support for heart foundation charities and grassroots football.
The annual ‘Everall Derby’ will this year be taking place on Saturday, 19th May at the Cumberland Sports Ground Crewe. The doors will be opening on the day at 12pm and there will be a load of events going on ahead of kick-off to make it a real family event.
Former Crewe Alexandra favourites such as Nicky Maynard, Nick Powell and Steve Jones are all down to play a part in the game, as well as former Stoke City players Ricardo Fuller and Liam Lawrence, as well more top players.
Now in its fourth year, the Everall Derby has already raised over £10,000 for local charities and for grassroots football. All proceeds’ from the event goes to good causes and again this is due to a number of volunteers giving up their time.
