David Artell has revealed that his pre-season plans are already up and running.

The Crewe Alexandra boss has already confirmed a home pre-season fixture against League One Blackpool and the Railwaymen will also be travelling to Wales to face his former club Bala Town and Colwyn Bay.

The Alex will also be playing local friendly games against our near neighbours Nantwich Town and Neil Baker’s Leek side. Crewe will also be facing Phil Parkinson's Altrincham side.

There will be more pre-season fixtures to follow in due course and we will bring full details when everything has been finalised.
