Crewe Alexandra boss David Artell says he always looks forward to the busy Easter period because it is one of the most defining moments of the season.
Crewe face Barnet on Good Friday before hosting our near neighbours Port Vale on Easter Monday.
It is a chance to get more points on the board very quickly and take us closer to the safety of mid-table.
Crewe will head into the Easter campaign full of confidence after securing back-to-back wins over Forest Green Rover and Newport County.
Artell told the club’s official website: “I enjoy the Easter period. I always have because it is usually one of the defining moments of the season, one way or another.
He added: “It is a chance to get some points in the space of a few days and we want to put ourselves in a good position to make sure we stay in the league. We want to finish as high as we possibly can but we first have to make sure that we are way clear of the two bottom places.”
