Crewe Alexandra is once again holding its popular Open Family Fun Day this weekend.
After last year’s success, the event has been revamped & improved even further for supporters to enjoy – including listening to supporter feedback by moving the event from a Friday to a Saturday.
The players will be training on the Gresty Road pitch, giving supporters an insight into the pre-season work of Dave and the squad ahead of the 2018/19 season.
There will also be a number of fun games & inflatables set-up (including Selecta-Tyres’ ‘Speed Goal’), with face painters, a magician & balloon modeller also in attendance to entertain.
Whitby Morrison will once again be dishing out free ice creams, with Giovannis Restaurant providing slices of pizza. The Alex’s new pie supplier, Chase Farm, have also donated some of their product for a tasting session.
Leaders Estate Agents in Crewe will have a stand set-up, and will be selling raffle tickets with a mouth-watering prize to be won of a Man of the Match hospitality package at the Alex…. for the Port Vale game!
What’s more, after training all the players will available to sign autographs in a structured ‘signing session’ in the Carlsberg Lounge… with the lads also braving the stocks to allow junior supporters to launch wet sponges at their heroes!
