Crewe Alexandra will play two friendlies this evening, with a mixed squad set to travel to both Kidsgrove Athletic & Bala Town.

It will be the first 90 minute run-out for the majority of the squad this pre-season, with Manager Dave Artell now looking to ramp up the match action after three weeks of intense fitness work.

We understand both teams will be of equal strength.

Both matches kick-off at 7:30pm, with tickets available via cash on the turnstiles.

The Bala Town match at Maes Tegid is priced at £5 adults, £3 concessions & £1 U16s.

The Kidsgrove Atheltic friendly at the Novus Stadium is priced at £5 adults, £1 12-16's, free U12's.

Manager Dave Artell said: "We're going to make sure all the lads get 90 minutes.

"It will be the first hard physical test on the pitch, on top of a hard day in training yesterday, but they're off their legs all day today ready for the game.

"I do expect them to last."
