Kenny Lunt has told the club’s official website that he has been pleased with the business we have been able to conclude during the January transfer window.
Crewe have been able to bring in four players in on loan and Lunt says that it has certainly strengthened our substitutes' bench in terms of options.
The club’s assistant manager says that despite the window closing tomorrow night, he and the staff are still open for business if a good player was to come along before the final deadline.
Lunt told crewealex.net: “The players that have come in have given us better options and the bench is looking a lot stronger now. We have good options.
“But we are still looking. The window is still open and the staff are still looking at players and going through the list.
“If a good player was to become available and would strength the team then of course, we would have to consider it. You never quite know what can happen in the last couple of days because players look to get out or risk not playing for four months. “
