David Artell has pointed to the recent form of Crawley Town as the perfect way to move clear of danger.
Harry Kewell’s Red Devils have shot up to 12th in the table after winning five of their last seven games since losing 3-0 at the Alexandra Stadium before Christmas.
“You only have to look at Crawley. They have won five games in a short of time and they have moved quickly into mid-table, “said Artell.
“They were in and around us when we played them before Christmas so that just goes to show what can happen if you can get some consistent results.
“There will be teams going the opposite way as well and things can change very quickly. It is far from done and dusted where everyone is going to finish that is for certain. We have to string some results together and get ourselves to where Crawley are if we can.”
