Crewe Alexandra begin the defence of their Cheshire Senior Cup crown with a First Round trip to Runcorn Linnets.

The tie will take place at Runcorn's Millbank Linnets Stadium on Wednesday 10 January 2018, 7:45pm kick-off.

After defeating Nantwich Town 3-2 in last seasons thrilling final at Gresty Road, Crewe received a bye for the preliminary round this year.

Runcorn won 1-0 away at Congleton Town to set-up the meeting with The Alex.
