Forest Green Rovers offer ‘something different’ to all the other sides in League Two according to manager David Artell. The Alex travel to the New Lawn for only the second time in history this weekend aiming to avenge last season’s disappointing 3-2 defeat.

David told the club’s official website: “Forest Green can play different systems and Mark (Cooper) is never afraid to change things in the game. They play differently to anyone else in the division. Mark has them playing good football and their style is different, they like to play their short passing game and it should be a good game of football.

“Forest Green ask different questions and we have prepared for them. We have to be ready for whatever they do and adapt.

The boss added: “I spoke about what happened last year and how it was a low point for me. Can I use it? Probably not because I am not out there but the players can. We don’t want to feel like we did last season. It was certainly a low point in my career.”
