Crewe Alexandra have come to an agreement with the Midland Food Group for the provision of Chase Farm Pies.

Chase Farm has replaced Hollands as the Club's pie supplier & its award-winning range will be hot & fresh in the tea bars for hungry Alex fans to try out for Saturday's season opener with Morecambe at Gresty Road.

Supporters attending the Club's Open Day last weekend got the first taste of the new range with a pie tasting session & the feedback was well received as well as those who attended the pre-season friendly with Blackpool.

Chicken Balti Pie, Peppered Steak Pie, Meat & Potato (Steak) Pie, Large Pasty, 8" Jumbo Sausage Roll & 8" Jumbo Cheese & Onion Roll make-up the match day pie menu - with other bespoke flavours to come throughout the season!

All the above products will be priced at £3, consistent with last season.

Alex Tea Bar Manager, Martin Robbins, said: "We're delighted to welcome Chase Farm on board with us.

"We were really impressed with the way they go about their business & they were extremely keen to work with us.

"Of course, the most important thing is the pies, and we had a tasting session & were all really impressed with the quality, so we hope you'll feel the same!"
