Crewe Alexandra boss Dave Artell says that his business in the transfer window is 'likely' to be done, but admits you can never say never whilst the 'shop' is still open.
Artell has brought in last season's loanees Paul Green & Shaun Miller this summer, as well as adding fresh faces in Alex Nicholls & Nicky Hunt.
A key part of the recruiting though came in tying down our own youngsters, with a 29-man squad now set to start the season to battle on the first team & Under 23 front.
The Gaffer said: "The shop is still open, so you never say never.
"While it's still open you never know what might happen. I can't see anything materialising, but we could have three unturndownable bids in the next two weeks for our players - then we'd have to do a bit more shopping.
"Likewise, we could pick-up five injuries & we'd have no choice but to do a bit more shopping.
"The likelihood is that we're alright for where we are now, but I wouldn't say never."
