Ben Garratt says that the upcoming matches in EFL League Two are just as important as our derby clash with Port Vale last Monday. The Crewe number one is targeting more points to make sure we are well and truly away from the relegation drop zone.
A deserved point against the Valaints took us 10 points clear of the relegation places and Garratt says that the business end of any season is the most exciting part of it.
Ahead our trip to Mansfild “Every game from now until the end of the season is very big, they are all worth three points.
“This is the most important stage of the season now and we have to make sure we are right for every game we go into.
“Our performances have been decent enough over the last month or so, although we haven’t always got the results we wanted.
“The squad is looking good, healthy and there is more competition now with the players we have brought in and the players coming back from injury.
“That can only be a good thing. I know I have to perform well or I won’t stay in the team. I’m no different from anybody else.”
