Crewe Alexandra's Harry Pickering has committed his long term future to the football club after signing a new three-year-contract, with the option of a further year.

'Pixie' has been one of the breakthrough players of 2017/18, making 36 appearances so far and impressing at both left-back & central midfield.

The 19-year-old scored his first senior goal with a direct free-kick in the 4-1 away win at Lincoln, before notching his second in a 4-3 victory at Mansfield.

Harry signed pro terms two years ago developed nicely in the Under 23's over 2016/17, making his first team debut in a 3-0 victory over Leyton Orient at the end of the campaign.
