David Artell says there will be no let-up in the final two games of the season. The Crewe Alexandra boss wants to end the season on a real high with three straight victories after defeating Morecambe 1-0 last weekend.

The Alex travel to Crawley Town this weekend for our final away game of the campaign.

Ahead of the trip to Crawley, the boss told crewealex.net: “The week has gone well. It has been a similar week. It has been the same preparation because we want to win the game and Crawley are a good side.

“We may tweak a few things and refine a few things but we want to want to win both games. That is the aim. The training has gone well.

“We cannot make them any fitter at this stage of the season. We are nine, ten months into the process and we perhaps have to be careful with them but still get through the work. “
