David Artell remains hopeful that he will have Chris Dagnall available for selection again this weekend.
Dagnall missed Tuesday’s 2-0 victory over Notts County after suffering a reaction to an injection he had in the week to ease some pain in his Achilles. The experienced striker has hit four goals this season and aggravated his ankle away at Yeovil when coming on as a second half substitute.
Artell told the club’s official website: “Dags had a bit of reaction to an injection he had, so he wasn’t available on Tuesday but we hope he will be okay to train.
“We will see how he is and hopefully he will be alright.
“Everyone else is okay. Young Tom (Lowery) is used to getting knocks. He has been bought up getting kicked from pillar to post. He just bounces up and smiles at them. He is a little pocket rocket and is doing brilliantly. “
