David Artell says he is confident that his Crewe Alexandra side can rise to the occasion and pick up three away points at Forest Green Rovers tomorrow.

Crewe are aiming to end a run of three straight away league defeats but Artell says that his players have enjoyed a productive week and are ready.

Dave told the club’s official website: “It has been a good week and the players have worked their socks off and taken what we have been saying to them on board. They have been terrific and they are prepared and ready.

“The sessions have been good and have been designed so they are all involved and all running about. We have been really pleased with them and I am confident going into the game. They have looked really good.

“Everyone who is fit is fit and those who are not are not. We have good footballers here and they have got to go out and there and do their stuff and work hard. When they do that we are a very good side.”
