Lunt says preparation won't change as we look forward to the final game of the season.
Kenny Lunt says there will be no cutting corners this week as he helps prepare for the final game of the season against Barnet. Both clubs are comfortably safe in EFL League Two but Lunt is determined to end the season with a win and send the fans home happy.
The club’s assistant manager told crewealex.net: “There is one game to go and there are a lot of things to think about. We are treating the final game as if it was the first one. We want to do everything we can to win the game and send the fans home happy.
“We want to put on a good performance like we have done in the last two games and if we can also give one or two a chance to show they are maybe ready for first team football next season then that will be the best outcome from the day.
“The first aim will be to put a performance on and try to win the game.”
