The 19-year-old has signed one-year-contract until June 30 2018 after making his senior league debut in the final day of the season victory over Barnet.

Finney graduated from the academy last summer & spent the majority of 2016/17 in the Under 23 set-up, though he did enjoy an experience-gaining loan at Nantwich Town just before Christmas.

The Stoke-born midfielder now has the opportunity to progress further over the next 12-months to break into the first team on a regular basis.
