Lewis Reilly Pens First Pro Deal

Striker handed contract after terrific scholarship

Striker Lewis Reilly has signed his first professional contract with Crewe Alexandra after successfully graduating through the Club's academy.

The 17-year-old, who turns 18 later this summer, has signed a 12-month contract, with the Club's option to extend that deal for a further 12 months.

Lewis has scored 24 goals this season for a combination of Lee Bell's U18s, Alex Morris' U23s & at senior side Radcliffe Borough.

He joined Radcliffe on loan in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier & excelled, netting on ten occasions & even donning the captain's armband twice towards the end of the campaign.

Despite being ineligible for the Cheshire Senior Cup Final due to his loan at Borough, Reilly contributed heavily in getting the side to the Final, netting the extra time winner against Stalybridge Celtic & the opener in the 2-1 victory over Stockport County.

Lewis will link up with Dave Artell's senior squad for pre-season in June & everyone at Crewe Alexandra would like to congratulate him on earning his professional deal.
