Crewe striker Dan Udoh scored a 56 minute equaliser as ten men Charlton Athletic held on for a point at Reaseheath.
The Londoners took the lead on 11 minutes when George Lapslie fired home a spot kick but Morris's men continued to press forward and deservedly drew level eleven minutes into the second half.
The Railwaymen were handed a one-man advantage after a hefty tackle on Owen Dale but we couldn't find that elusive winning goal.
