On-loan defender suffers knee injury in St. Mirren's 3-2 win over Dundee United

Davis could now return to his parent club for treatment and everyone at the club wishes him a speedy recovery.

The former captain of Crewe Alexandra, Harry Davis, looks to have suffered a serious knee injury in St. Mirren's 3-2 win over Dundee United in the Scottish Championship. The defender was stretched off just before half-time after a kneecap injury and that looks likely to end his season. Davis had earlier given St. Mirren a second minute lead and it was it was his third goal during a successful loan spell north of the border.
