Boss To Watch Next Two Opponents

Artell and his staff out tonight to watch Accrington and Cambridge United.

David Artell and members of his staff will attend tonight’s game between Cambridge and Accrington Stanley, so he can cast his eye over the club’s next two opponents. Artell is keen to see our opponents as much as possible and he believes that it should be a contest against two in-form sides.


Ahead of tonight’s fixture, David told us: “I will go out with some of the staff to watch Cambridge and Accrington this evening. It will be a good game between two decent sides. I think I’ve seen Accrington about four times now!



“One team usually comes through and puts a run together. I did it when I was a player here when we went on a great run to win the play-offs. That team could still be a Cambridge but they will know they cannot afford too many slips.


“They are still fighting for play-off place. We will see what they are like tonight. We will do our tactical analysis on them and prepare the team to make sure they are ready. It is part and parcel of the job to go out and watch the games.
