David Artell has thanked the Alex faithful who have already purchased their season tickets for the new season. The Crewe Alexandra manager wants to create a great atmosphere at the Alexandra Stadium this coming season to rival the memorable away days at Portsmouth, Carlisle and Blackpool.
Adult fans can still purchase their season ticket seat for just £300 before 30th June and Artell is grateful for the support that the fans have shown so far.
Artell told crewealex.net: “I would just like to thank the fans for parting with their hard earned cash and putting it behind the counter. It all helps and they have been terrific with me and the players from the first day I took over.
“I think the fans can see what we are trying to do and I can only show the faith they have shown. Hopefully, we can repay that faith with the performances.
“I want the home support to make it difficult for the opposition. We had some great support away from home, at places like Blackpool, Portsmouth and Carlisle and I want to create that at the home games.
“The money we make on season tickets makes the club more solid and I can only thank them for the support they have shown.”
