The draw for the first round of the Carabao Cup, formerly known as the EFL Cup, will be streamed LIVE from Bangkok, Thailand, tomorrow (Friday 16 June) at 1pm (UK time).
The draw is FREE to watch to all Alex supporters via the Club's new iFollow platform. Just keep an eye out on the homepage of www.crewealex.net from 12:30pm onwards for the live feed as a news story.
Crewe have been placed in the northern section of the draw & are unseeded. The tie could be home or away.
The 17 possible opponents in round one are: Barnsley, Blackburn Rovers, Bolton Wanderers, Bradford City, Burton Albion, Derby County, Fleetwood Town, Leeds United, Nottingham Forest, Preston North End, Rochdale, Rotherham United, Scunthorpe United, Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United, Sunderland, Wigan Athletic.
World Cup winner Emmanuel Petit, Carabao CEO Sathien Setthasit, British Ambassador to Thailand Brian Davidson and EFL Chief Executive Shaun Harvey will unveil the 35 Round One ties from the home of the competition’s title sponsor, Carabao Energy Drink.
