David Artell says that his new summer signings have fitted well in at the club. The players have returned to full-time training and Artell was delighted to add Eddie Nolan and Brad Walker to bolster his squad this week.
Artell and his staff have been pleased with the way training has gone so far and he believes that a strong unit is forming with the new faces coming in.
The Crewe boss told the club’s official web-site: “The new faces have come in and they have given everyone a lift. They have a bit about them and it has all gone smoothly.
“They have settled in really well from what I can see and what I have heard. I didn’t envisage anything different because it is a good group and the spirit is good.
“Some of the new lads have been out looking at houses and they want to get settled as soon as possible. They are mixing well and we are doing okay. I’m sure they will get on both on and off the pitch and taking them on the run today will only help with that.”
