Midfielder now set to stay at Crewe until the end of the season
Danny Hollands has signed terms on a new contract at Crewe Alexandra to stay with the Club until the end of the current season. The midfielder's current deal was due to expire this week, but new boss Dave Artell has handed the 31-year-old fresh terms after an impressive performance against Luton last weekend.
Hollands joined Crewe under Steve Davis in August on a short-term contract and has so far made 24 appearances for the Club, scoring his only goal against Exeter in September to help secure a 2-0 win.
Danny's paperwork has been lodged and he is available for the weekend's trip to Doncaster Rovers after agreeing new terms.
