The Alex take striker until the end of the season
Crewe Alexandra have completed the loan signing of Leyton Orient striker Jordan Bowery on a deal until the end of the season.The former Aston Villa striker becomes Dave Artell's first signing as Crewe Manager & is set to link-up with his team mates for training tomorrow after passing a medical.
Jordan will wear the number 16 shirt & is available for the Club's trip to Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.
The 25-year-old started his career at Chesterfield in 2008 & scored 17 in 101 appearances for the Club before Villa paid £500,000 for his services in 2012.
Bowery made only 22 appearances in his two years at Villa Park, before moving to Rotherham in the Championship for a reported £160,000, playing two seasons & scoring six goals in 44 appearances.
He enjoyed last season at Oxford United, becoming a regular & scoring seven goals in 20, before penning a two-year-deal at Orient during summer 2016.
