Crewe Alexandra have completed the signing of goalkeeper Will Jaaskelainen on a one-year-deal.

The 19-year-old son of former Bolton, West Ham & Wigan stopper Jussi Jaaskelainen had been without a Club since leaving Wanderers at the end of last season.

The stopper didnt feature in a competitive match at The Macron Stadium, & will now compete with Ben Garratt & Dave Richards for the goalkeeping jersey at The Alex.

Jaaskelainen has already linked up for training with his new team mates & with Crewe Goalkeeping Coach, & his father's former mentor, Fred Barber, at the Reaseheath Training Complex.

Will has been handed the number 26 shirt.
