The Alex host a Barnet side who have started the season well, following up an encouraging 2-2 draw at league newcomers Forest Green on the opening day with a 1-0 victory over one of the pre-season favourites Luton last weekend that has made many stand & take notice of the Bees.

Crewe last hosted Barnet just three months ago in the final game of last season, Chris Dagnall's hat-trick setting up a 4-1 victory to end 2016/17 in style. Here's to hoping the boys can produce a similar performance on Saturday!
