Billy Bingham's strike at Blackburn scoops award
Billy Bingham has scooped the first Crewe Alexandra in-house Goal of the Month award for the 2016/17 season for his cracker in the EFL Cup tie at Blackburn Rovers.The midfielder struck the effort from full on 25-yards to open the scoring at Ewood Park, his first and only goal for the Club to date, in an eventual 4-3 defeat after extra time.
Bingham's strike beat Alex Kiwomya's solo Stevenage strike into second place, with Kiwomya's rasper at Newport coming in third.
