With James Jones away on International duty with Scotland Under-21s, midfielders Billy Bingham, Danny Hollands and Ryan Wintle will be battling it out for the two spots ahead of the trip to Luton Town this weekend.
With the experienced Hollands rested in mid-week against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Bingham partnered Wintle in the middle of the park and young Tom Lowery replaced Wintle in the second half to mark his senior debut for the club.
