George Ray is doubtful with a groin strain.

.Defender George Ray is Crewe Alexandra’s only doubt for the weekend trip to London. Crewe will be aiming to end a run of seven games without a win against Leyton Orient on Saturday but Ray is struggling to make himself available for the squad because of a persistence groin strain

Ray did not feature in the club’s 1-0 win over Birmingham at Under-23 level yesterday and he is rated as a doubt for the trip to Matchroom Stadium.

Steve Davis told the club’s official web-site: “George had to withdraw from the game yesterday because of a groin strain. It has been sore for a bit and we didn’t take a risk with it.

“Everyone else is okay. I will have virtually everyone available for the weekend.”
