Boss To Make Changes For Wolves Tie

Alex boss Steve Davis may give a number of his fringe players a chance to impress

Steve Davis will make changes for the club’s Checkatrade Trophy tie against Wolverhampton Wanderers tomorrow evening. The Alex boss will certainly be without James Jones, who has been called up for International duty with the Scotland U-21 side and Harry Davis could be rested after coming off against Mansfield Town on Saturday.



The Alex boss may elect to give some of his more experienced players such as Ryan Lowe and Danny Hollands a rest with a tough League Two encounter at Luton Town coming up at the weekend.


Fringe players such as reserve goalkeeper Dave Richards, George Ray, Ryan Wintle and Dan Udoh await to see if they will handed a chance to impress in the Group B tie that takes place at Gresty Road tomorrow evening.
