Striker withdrawn as a precaution at Barnet after receiving a knock on his knee.
Ryan Lowe is expected to be fit for our mid-week home fixture against Morecambe after being taken off as a precaution at Barnet at the weekend. Lowe, 38, was replaced after being on the end of a challenge and was replaced by Ben Nugent in the closing minutes of the goalless draw.
The striker appeared uncomfortable when leaving the field of play but he is expected to be involved against Morecambe tomorrow evening.
Steve Davis told us: “Ryan got a knock on his knee and he was limping about a bit in the second half.
“We took him off as a precaution. We didn’t see any point in leaving him out for the closing stages of the game and potentially making it any worse. That is why we took him off with the game coming around so soon on the Tuesday night.”
