Midfielder to be given game time for U-21s for our re-arranged fixture against Leeds United.

Midfielder Billy Bingham is expected to feature for the club’s Development Squad for our re-arranged fixture against Leeds United on Thursday.

Bingham has recovered from a hamstring injury and is set to be giving some game time, alongside the fit-again George Ray and Harry Davis.

January.^thBingham has been restricted to just 13 appearances during his debut season with the club and he last featured for the first-team away at Swindon Town on 16

Steve Davis told the club’s official web-site: “Billy needs some games now and he will be involved on Thursday for the 21s.

“He will do work up to that and we will give him some game time against Leeds. If he comes through that and trains well then he could be in contention for the squad at the weekend.

“It is an important time and potentially we could have three of our more senior players back from injury who could help us.”
